App used to have a keyboard for command entry. It no longer does. I'm hearing impaired, so voice commands are problematic. I really would appreciate having the ability to type commands again. Also, because only voice commands, and my hearing issues, it rarely understands what I'm saying. *a year later and this is still an issue. seriously, a keyboard option for us with hearing issues. come on. 7-25-25

Ever since the last update the app lags and doesn't load when I need it to. Worse than the previous update. I only use the cameras for security and need them to load fast. I just need them to work when I need them. I dont need all the gemini AI garbage slowing them down. Dropcam was far superior with it's speed and ease of use. Maybe you should sell it back to them.

troubleshooting is useless. I set up my TV using Google home, but after setup when I click on the device, it won't connect. I followed every step, troubleshooted everything. factory rested, force stopped, cut wifi off and on. nothing works, and there's no option to email customer service. the only help offered in your "help center" is the useless troubleshooting, and zero ability to contact an actual human.
